"My appointment was at 8 in the morning... I arrived 10 minutes early... to which they scolded me for arriving early and made me wait at 8 in the morning on the street until they opened the clinic.. wait at 8 opened between... it was like 20 minutes after 8... When I approached because they called me at 8:20 they scolded me because I have to arrive earlier (I didn't understand anymore) and I told them very upset that I had arrived early... they didn't even apologize. The receptionists are very despotic… I felt a heavy attitude as if they were doing me a favor by serving me…then it took almost 3 months to finish my complete dental cleaning in 4 appointments, I paid $220 in total regular cleaning…they suggested I get dental fillings but They never gave me an appointment again (because there weren't any). .. I've been waiting 6 months for my appointment.. but of course I better look for another place... the dentist and the attending doctors were kind, however... my bad experience was with the women at The reception is always bad humor and angry face.I didn't want to go back"

"Avoid this place. It looks like all the other bad reviews below have the same complaints. Ignore the few 5star reviews here they are employees and friends of employees. Here's a REAL review... I'm asking to change providers. Good luck seeing an MD here. They have is "nurse practitioners" by phone from far away places. I don't think they have a full-time resident MD. Takes forever to get an appointment so if you're real sick and possibly dying, you might die before you see a qualified professional face to face or even on the phone. And when you go on-time you will be there hours waiting to be seen. That's IF you can get an in-office appointment as they now want to do everything by text and video call, but their video app doesn't work, so you're really just talking to somebody on the phone. Weird. I'm sick and possibly dying but they are not taking my health seriously. I need care and they keep wanting me to make endless phone appointments. Why? so they can charge my insurance??? No prescription offered for my infection yet. Have to be seen again. That's another month. Meanwhile I stay sick? The last so-called NP I spoke to said she was ordering a chest x-ray and blood work but I have received nothing from them as a referral or any form of instruction or confirmation. Update: after many phone calls, i got the referral info. Meanwhile, I continue to stay sick. My roommate went to her Dr with the same problem and got antibiotics and is already feeling better. I'm scared. If this isn't treated soon I could get pneumonia? Are they hoping that my body heals itself??? I need HELP !!!"
