"I had an old crown come off and there was decay underneath there. I felt VERY respected and in charge of what happened to me during my visit yesterday. I experienced some side effects from the local anesthetic and the staff was so accommodating, kind and caring. I could tell that Dr. Nava probably needed to be probably 2 or more other places, with other patients in process elsewhere but she acted calm and patient, as if I were the only one she needed to be with. I do not enjoy going to the dentist but I always feel like this is the best possible dentist experience I could have, with Dr. Nava Gabbay"
