"Worst experience but a good lesson to me from Dr Zhou and her office! Good things don't come cheap, cheap things often aren't good quality. I did my Invisalign in a different office but for some reasons my former retainer got broken and I have to order a new one. As the price offered by my original orthodontist is much higher than For your smile Dental can offer (Dr Zhou is my general dentist, she mentioned their office can do Invisalign as well with much lower price when I did the teeth clean in their office). So I picked For your smile Dental to made it. That should be a wrong choice I made in 2023!!!! Dramatic things starts right after I did my retainer. The front desk provided me much lower price on phone but charged me much higher when they called me to pick it up. Anyway, I come and pickup it up. So far, I still trust Dr Zhou and her office. The thing annoying me much is the new retainer doesn’t fit me well and pull my teeth out eventually. I contacted with the front desk regarding this issue. She immediately scheduled an appointment with me and mentioned they can help me to solve the issue via requesting the lab redo it. But when I come to the office, Dr zhou mentioned as my former retainer did 1 year ago that should be different with the current one. I agree with her point, but the new one should help me maintain my teeth, instead of pulling them out? She mentioned she cannot do anything for current retainer~~~ I feel like a fool to request OOO with my manager when they are busy with the tasks but I leave early just for something like “they cannot do anything” from Dr Zhou. Perfect lesson, thank Dr Zhou! To be honest, if you are looking for a place did your teeth clean，for your smile dental could be a choice as they will charge you less but ~ . As for me, I will look for new place with professional skills and transparent bills even if I have to pay a little more but less judge from insurance company."
