Established in 1854, it is the oldest ongoing resort of its kind in California and the oldest continuing business in Mendocino County. This unique institution offers a blend of a country inn and a hot springs resort, providing guests with the only naturally warm and carbonated "Vichy" mineral baths in North America. Guests can choose from a variety of rooms and cottages for overnight stays, all of which include access to the mineral baths, hot soaking pool, Olympic size swimming pool (in season), and a 700-acre private reserve for walking and hiking. The resort's rich history dates back over 5,000 years to the time of the local Pomo Native Americans, who used the springs for various medicinal purposes.

Please note that we have scheduled gym closures for the year 2024 on the following dates: Feb 19th for Presidents Day, May 27th for Memorial Day, July 1st-7th for Gym Closure Week, September 2nd for Labor Day, October 31st for Halloween, November 28th-30th for Thanksgiving weekend, and December 24th through January 1st for Christmas and New Years Break.
