"I am very disappointed. I signed up for the wash and fold subscription service on the 23rd. I called my local store in Burlingame to get the bags necessary for the service and schedule a pickup. The lady at the store had no idea what I was talking about and spent 10 minutes on the computer before telling me that I had no orders. I had to explain to her that I am picking up bags for the wash and fold service. She said that we don't do that. I said then what do I bring my clothes in? She finally understood gave me my bag. I asked for a pickup and since It was the holiday they couldn't do that. Understandable. I brought back my clothes 30 min later. I told her to have my items delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 27th. I went into the store and the same lady was there on the 2nd of Jan. I said What happened to my items? She said that they don't have an order for me. Spent another 5 minutes looking me up. Brought my bags of clothes. I said what happened to my delivery? She said we don't do that. Either she is incompetent or lazy. Then goes and charges my card $40 for the wash and fold. I have a subscription I said, once again she goes. We don't do that. Charges my card. Says that It has to be delivered for the subscription. I told her that she was supposed to have it delivered. She says yes, but it never got delivered, I walked out at that point because she said there's nothing she could do and charged my card without my authorization. Because it was on file."
