"Had a great experience in store today. Wanted to return some shoes but employee Roberto was not sure if it was possible so he provided me the customer service number. After customer service said return was okay to process, Roberto processed my refund. He was very friendly and did his best to ensure customer service was a priority."
"The older manager is severely lazy and rude she couldn’t even help me for a specific shirt to find she just looked for a couple seconds and told me we don’t have any shirts maybe you can order online and went back to the cashier, the employees are not helpful as well"

"A very clean store lots of selections. My kids were racially profiled the moment they walked in to browse. They wanted to immediately leave to another store because they felt uncomfortable. I stayed with them the whole time after to make sure the staff knew the parent was around. We felt discriminated at this location by some of the staff not all of them. Probably won’t come back again."
