"I called this place to inquire about the price of their smog check! Whoever answered the phone provided me a price and said it would be an additional $10.00 for a “star” then when I asked for clarification as to what he meant by a star, he became rude and got an attitude! How in the hell does the common person know what is meant by “a star” like next time elaborate and explain to the customer ahead of time and the customer wouldn’t have a follow up question. Just because you’re located in the Ghetto doesn’t mean you don’t need good customer service and telephone etiquette! This is why your business is in an Urban area because with an attitude like that, you wouldn’t cut it somewhere else Mr. Attitude!"

"I've been bringing my truck here for years. Their staff is knowledgeable and perform the tests smoothly. Get in, get out, get on with your life. The rates are very reasonable. The wait time is extremely fair even if someone else is before you. Most of the time they have some snacks on the table, and they always have water. It's first come, first serve and no reservations."
