"The only reason for this 5 star review is because of WILLIAM. I bought windshield wipers several months ago. First they sold me the wrong ones for my car. They they fixed that but put them on the wrong sides. (Driver on passenger side etc). I did not know this and for months they have been making a horrible scraping noise which the sales man said was normal-HA. Finally since it was pouring rain and I had to be out and could not stand the noise any longer I went in today. Fortunately WILLIAM solved this. He had enough sense to look up which side they belonged on and lo and behold they were attached on the wrong sides and one was not even the correct wiper. BRAVO William. He fixed this and they have been quiet ever since. A little normal wiper sound but mostly "whisper quiet!" Give this guy a raise. If it wasn't for him this would be only one star. Thank you William! from a very happy customer!!! :)"
