Plaza Motel & Apartments

"I asked for weekly rate $425+$25 deposit. I asked if they have cockroaches he assured me they did not. The $25 deposit is cash only so I drove to atm, came back about 10 later and I see a terminex pest control truck parked next to office talking to the manager-owner . So I pay for the week, $25 cash deposit then he tells me to come back in 1 hr. Before I'm out of the parking lot I see the exterminator with pump spray unlock my door and go in. YES THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHES I wouldn't send my worst enemy there for a room. If there was anything good to say about this place I would give that to them, the owner-manager was very nasty & rude. I don't see how they have a 3 star rating, unbelievable"

"They will kick you out if their long time renter comes back into California , that's how they are doing my multi disabled son and I this Friday May 10th !!!! We have only been there since the 30th of April ."

"This motel I did like the room full kitchen, but the owner and his wife wasnt nice at all. Stayed there from October 2 to November 18th.. After the first week I started getting bit up. When I complained they told me we had to get out. We just spent our $350 to be there. We had no place to go. So I pleaded with the daughter to let us stay and she did. The daughter an son are good, but not the parents/owners.... I found out it was bed bugs eating me when I went to sleep at night... But still we had no other place to go...They don't offer toilet paper or towels... After 4 weeks of stay you have to leave a day, then come back... That's a crazy rule to me... WE will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!"

"Wow. I thought a commenter here was just exaggerating when she said that the manager is racist. But I can promise it’s the literal truth. I called and asked about a room. The indian manager rudely said that none were available. A half an hour later I called and asked, in an indian voice, about a room. The indian manager politely said that one was available, etc. I went there a few minutes later and told him that I had just called about the room. After looking me up and down, he was rude with me again. I asked to see the room and he, in a rude way, gave the key. After I came back, I told him that I wanted to rent the room. He, in a very hostile way, snatched the key out of my hand and gave me the dirtiest look as he told me, “No! Go somewhere down the street!” Nothing close to that, by any business manager, honestly ever had happened to me before and it was completely unexpected. So, confused, I asked him for the reason. But he wouldn't give one. He just kept looking me up and down with a dirty look in his eyes while telling me to go down the street."

"Very friendly Owners. The Single bed rooms have been recently renovated and are nice, New beds, carpet, Flat Screen Tv, New Refrigerators and Microwaves. The Multiple bed rooms are not so great. I even saw a Roach the last time that I stayed. The property does have a washer and dryer onsite for Customers. You do have to pay to use them. The Husband and I only paid $50 for a one night stay. Less Expensive room on West Capitol but one of the Cleanest. Very close to Restaurants and Shopping plaza. I only rated this Motel a 4 because the Owner's wife could use a refresher course on how to treat her tenants."
