"Safety is the foundation of all relationships. It’s not the only thing we need, but none of the other things matter if we don’t feel safe physically, psychologically and emotionally in a relationship. About 5 years ago when I was having challenges in my relationship (marriage) I became aware that I need it help. I was feeling depressed and very anxious, I need it help from a professional therapist. Somehow I came across Nayeli’s IG. I contact her and she was very helpful and quick in getting me in, and also taking my insurance. Is now about 5 years that I’ve been seeing Nayeli.
