"My dad went to buy a gift card. He grabbed a Visa but when he left he had in the bag an American Express. The card was clearly already opened and the card itself is badly damaged. Tried to fix by going back. No luck, despite this obviously being a mistake by the employee, the manager was too busy to help. Brushed us off saying to call the card's customer support number for help. EXCEPT ITS NOT THE SAME CARD HE BOUGHT SO OF COURSE THAT ISN'T GOING TO HELP! Either grossly incompetent or scammers. Wouldn't surprise me if this is one of those places where employees put card skimmers on the card readers. I suggest you go somewhere else."
"Went in to get my prescription with nobody in front of me. It took 8 minutes just to get the lady to ask me what I was there for. I let them know I was there for a pickup - from there Geraldine I felt did everything she could to try and not give me the medication and delayed my process super long and now I’m gonna be late for work. Thanks cvs!!!"
"The CVS pharmacy is a fantastic place to stop for almost anything in a fast and friendly way. I appreciate the way the staff goes above and beyond what is expected. Linda is a great example of an employee who goes out of her way to make sure they have a certain product in stock every other morning (Dunkin' Donuts extra extra creamer)."
