"My son was diagnosed with level 3 autism, and this place has been good to us. It’s almost like a one stop shop. My son was officially diagnosed by one of their psychiatrist which made it super easy to get him in when I finally was ready to get his services started. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning, but that’s nothing new when it comes to therapies. I really love that my son was able to get services at his day care/ preschool (talk with your insurance.) then when I wanted to get him something different I had the choice of doing in home or at the center. So far we’ve been at the center a couple of months and so far so good. My son is improving with the eye contact and being more social with the family. The supervisors and BTs are literally just a text away and quick to respond. Before getting in we were brought in to tour the facility, my concerns and questions were addressed, and very morning we go in there everyone is smiling and pleasant, and they even talk to/ acknowledge my other child which is always nice to see."

"I tried to work with them regarding my kids schedule so that the sessions coud go smoothly and they completely dismissed me and sent me an email telling me that I’m the one who isnt cooperating and basically told me to look somewhere else insted of trying to work with me. I thought they were professionals who would be willing to work with the parents regarding their kids education but I guess if you dont just accept their layout they just refuse to work with you so dont watse your time beacuse this agency doesnt want to work with parents."

"I have layed my faith on this company to help my daughter who struggles with daily living situations as well as Behavorial issues due to autism . It’s been several months now that they have let us down continuously over a long period of time , sending multiple inexperienced new “therapists” to our home who have quit the following day , as well as “therapists” who have not yet been cleared from background checks . I have had to train most of the new therapist that would come to my home because ABS would just throw them on the schedule without them knowing what to do . Also their training is virtual and most of the therapist tell me that they feel like they did not learn enough before they already put them to work with a child . There has been an outstanding inconsistency from this company and very obvious unprofessionalism not to mention very poor communication . Their TOP priority is to request and claim hours from the insurance company , the supervisor said it herself . I myself have also been lied to by them .It has been hurtful to see the lack of attention to my daughter from their end but has motivated me to seek other resources and now I know what to look for in a different company. If you are a mother reading this , my best advice will be “don’t settle , you and your child will hurt in the long run . There is other people willing to help “"
