"If you go inside it is ridiculus the time that it take to be serve, today iI waited 40 minutes in line. Even if they have several clerks they have one window open only despite of the line lenth. I considering get my mkne out ghe G1"

"This branch and any other Golden 1 branch staffs poorly. There's usually 10-15 people in line with only 2 tellers while there's 4 bankers in their cubicles and the branch manager hides in the main office. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, wait time is always 45mins-1 hour. Golden 1 doesn't seem to care about its customers. I will no longer be banking with Golden 1."

"The wait time at this location is terrible. When the line is enormous nobody comes to help and no consideration is shown by the tellers. My average wait time is 30-45 minutes. Today I have seen 5 people already get out of the line and leave due to the wait. The people behind me claim to have the same trouble when they visit as well. Update. 10/23/23 Bank just opened because they don’t even use banker hours anymore since COVID. Line is 20+ people long with 40 minute wait times and people giving up. Took close to an hour to finish and I saw 10 people leave the line. I guess the way they want to shorten the line is to make you wait so long you just give up. Ridiculous"

"Annoying that the Prarie City branch is gone cuz this location is the absolute worst. They all avoid doing their jobs & tell you to go online. You would think they'd be smart enough to think maybe there's a reason you didn't go online in the first place, but nope. They just don't wanna do their jobs ever. Useless"

"Everytime I come into this Golden 1, it's like waiting in line at Disneyland to get on a ride (ridiculously long)!!! Whenever coming here, plan on having an hour of your time waiting to get to one of their 2 (sometimes 3 for a moment) teller's. I've already watched a couple people in front of me leave the line. Along with at least, AT LEAST 5+ people walk up to the door. Open it, and walk away. Photo is after the 2 people left the line. Felt their angst, yet glad it got me 2 space's closer."
