"Extremely Disappointing, Poor Service and Quality. I have been living in green acres for the last 20years. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this liquor store. I purchased both food items and beer, only to find out after getting home that they were well past their expiration dates. This is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. In addition to the poor quality of items, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and I will not be returning. I hope the management takes immediate steps to rectify these issues and improve the quality of their products and service. The new employees don’t know english or give the correct amount change back."

"I have been in over 100 liquor stores across California hunting bourbon and Ryes....this place blew me away. Very very knowledgeable. After just a few minutes the owner figured out what I like and made perfect recommendations. And the prices...well the prices were some of the best I've seen outside of Oregon which is a controlled state. I'll be back soon and often. I don't live in Bakersfield but worth the trip. Store picks were amazing. Thanks!!!"
