"This is my go-to store for shoes. The service has always been great; very helpful staff! I took my 95 year old mother there recently. She can be hard to fit, but Mary worked with her until she found shoes that were comfortable and supportive. Before school began I took a group of 12 kids there to get school shoes. The staff made sure each pair of shoes was a good fit and each child left with a pair of shoes that they loved. One pair of shoes needed to be ordered. It came in earlier than expected and this girl had her new shoes for the first day of school. Love the staff, love the service!"
"We go to Famous Footwear every year for my daughter's school shoes. Today 8/06/2023, we were helped by Esmeralda, and she was amazing. My daughter was correctly measured, and she included my daughter and listened to her choices! Esmeralda found her size, made sure they fit correctly. I could not ask for better experience. This is why I drive across town to Famous Footwear! We will be back for her winter boots."
"The manager named Mary is the worst! She knows nothing about customer service. I would not go to this store ever! They don’t open on time, leaving customers standing in the cold while she takes her time opening the door 10 minutes late with no explanation or apology for bad service!! Famous must be desperate for employees to hire this person! Notice her covering her name tag. She would not admit to being the manager!"
