"I have booked many vacations and international travel through this company. In the past, I can’t say there was no hiccups or that the customer service was superb, but it got the job done. Solid 3.5 stars. Now, fast forward to 2022 : have been trying for two weeks to get a quote … a FREAKING QUOTE… and I’m being told I’ll be called back and then they ghost me. And when my husband attempted to call and asked if they even do this type of work anymore, he was told to go take his business elsewhere … so very disappointed to say the very least."
