As a small business owner our employees are the face of our company and dream. You do your best and hire the best you can in hopes that they care for the business as you do. After leaving a review on my experience he reached out to me via Google reviews and went above and beyond. You can't always measure a business by first impressions. I try to buy from smaller mom and pop stores and this company is by far one of the best. Thank you Jaeson. You are running a great business and I would highly recommend anyone in the tahoe area looking for games while on vacation to stop in. They have an amazing selection and great prices. I have no doubt we'll be stopping to support this fantastic local shop next time we're in town."

Thank you so much. -Old review- Been there many times, bought stuff many times. I am a local. love the store but went in there 20 minutes before the store Closed with some friends. The lady in there said kinda rudely "i'm closing in a few minutes." And I questioned it but was like okay we will probably leave in about 5 minute. I went to go grab pokémon cards TO BUY and she rudely said " keep those up here unless you're gonna buy them." So I put it on the counter and we left. Very disappointing with the store, loved it have been coming since it opened and may not come again with this service"
"Truly a gem. Unique and very durable toys. I just love love their puppet selection. Even as an adult! Lots of learning toys and games for everyone. I highly recommend supporting this business as there are 2 very friendly workers there. You can't get that kind of attention and service online."
