"Today I went to OReilly and I had one of the worst services. Every time go to a store I always ask if someone speaks Spanish because sometimes my mom comes with me, so I prefer someone that speaks it that way she can understand it. Well the thing is that they told me to wait for someone, then a guy came and he said “oh I don’t speak that much Spanish” so I was like hello I asked for a Spanish speaker. So they went for a guy named Pedro. He was so arrogant, and rude. I told him that why did they send me someone that doesn’t speak Spanish. So he told me “oh you know that we are una place that we only speak English, and all the places speak English ( he almost gave me the idea that CA, speaks English, no Spanish at all)I was like Hello you are Hispanic. By the time I think he was being racist. I always come to this store but this time I didn’t like the service. I know that we are in a place that we only speak English but that doesn’t mean they need to talk to us that was. For me it was really disrespectful."
"Website had all the information about KA24DE engine and the corresponding water pump. Store opened 7:30 am water pump was ready for pickup. Will use O' Reilly again."
