"I had an incredible time at The NOW! I went for the 80-minute "The Healer" massage with Brendan Connelly, and he did an amazing job. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. The place itself is super cute, clean, and relaxing. The front desk staff were really nice and friendly, too! Parking was a bit tricky since it's all street parking, but that's just LA for you. Just make sure to give yourself some extra time to find a spot. The prices are super reasonable, especially if you get the monthly membership. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out!"

The atmosphere is serene and the front desk attendants are lovely. My massage therapist's name was , MARCO. I put his name in all caps because this brother was so goood . I want to shout praise for him from the rooftops. Unfortunately, I know this might mean you all might make it harder to book with him, but that's cool. You should benefit from his compassion and expertise as much as I do."

"I’ve had several great experiences here. It’s a clean, beautiful space. Not sure what the fuss is over the front desk staff—they’ve always been fine with me! I’ve gone to both Alexander C and Felix, both were wonderful massage therapists. I do really appreciate how open the space is—as a woman, I actually feel a lot more secure being in a curtained space as opposed to individual rooms. It still feels immensely private and serene but secure. Ladies will get what I mean. Prices are reasonable for a good experience."
