"Could be better."
"I lived here for a while but moved out recently. These apartments are horrible, they suck. The manager is really nice but there is lots of rats. A couple months ago my nephew from Texas came to visit us and he got beat up badly by some kids outside while he was playing. All I'm going to say is this place is very ghetto and management needs to work on getting rid of the pests here."
"Very ghetto. Me and my 15 year old son came here to visit family and the apartment complex smelled like weed and marijuana. Lots of sketchy people as well. Please do not bring your kids here if you have any."
"Lovely place. It's a beautiful complex. The manager is a very kind and helpful lady. The entire staff is great from office to maintenance. We love living here."
"Nice complex, usually lots of parking. Right next to Oakridge Mall and the Ohlone Chynoweth light rail station. There's also a restaurant, salon, and liquor store right outside the entrance to the apartment complex."
