"UPDATED REVIEW: I didn't want to do this, but since I keep getting notifications of my original review having been viewed over 1,000 times, and having reached out several times to their team to resolve this and try and end on a positive note, I feel obligated to update this. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Beyond stressful. No integrity. Happy to bill for their mistakes instead of fixing them. Almost lost my entire patent because of their sloppy work and not following the most basic of patent guidelines (which you'd think wouldn't happen at a professional firm...). I reached out to them for assistance on an application as I trusted this firm to continue their work with the same professional manner as I'd experienced in the past. Instead, I almost lost my entire patent application due to completely unusable and unprofessional work (that still cost me over $10K...). I hired them and trusted them with a simple patent response, and only after reviewing their work, learned that the reasons they almost cost me my patent was because of completely sloppy, unusable work that I had to completely throw out in order to try and save my application. While I wish I could go back and save the huge amount of money wasted and all the stress and time spent dealing with their firm and mistakes, the good news is that it forced me to learn more about patents in order to do the work myself to secure the patent, and that I now have a new go-to firm that I'm working with. While my initial experience with this firm - specifically with Sonia prior to her leaving to start her own firm - was positive, after much frustration, and thousands of dollars completely wasted, I need to update this review. Hope it helps someone. ORIGINAL REVIEW THAT WAS VIEWED OVER 1,000 TIMES: A friend connected me with this firm as I was needing guidance for my non-provisional utility patent application and wanted to make sure that my designs and years of work were protected as much as possible. The entire firm was incredibly supportive of my needs, responsive, and wanted to make sure I fully understood the various options. Throughout the process, they discussed and worked through various strategies with me - all within a timely fashion, and within a budget that was transparent and fair. I worked most closely with Sonia, who clearly answered my questions via e-mail and phone. She was instrumental in providing me piece of mind in that she understood my goals and was helping me achieve effective protection. Grateful I was connected with this firm and highly recommend based on my experiences over the last few years."
