"This is a liar travel agency and doesn't deserve a single star. In early March this year, I applied for a Chinese visa here and they charged me US$900. In the last 10 years since the Chinese visa was restored, they did nothing for me and only refunded me US$140. That is to say, my passport was in their hands for more than ten days, and I lost US$760, not including my four round-trip fares. The express fee is US$450, and I was told that it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get the visa. The funny thing is that when China announced the restoration of 10-year visas on March 15, it was already 10 days after I submitted the documents. My passport was still in their hands and had not been submitted to the Consulate in San Francisco. What is this express fee? The fee for filling out the forms was US$200. I filled out all the forms myself and sent them to them. They just entered them for me and hurriedly sent the forms to me on the 14th because at that time everyone knew that the 10-year visa would be restored on the 15th. As long as you enter this store and pay a deposit, you are a lamb to be slaughtered. Friends, how important it is to read the customer reviews of the store beforehand. If I had seen the reviews of this store first, I would not have lost so much money."
"This company doesn't even deserve one star, Xiao He of travel agency is terrible, it's $1780 airline tickets show on the Internet, He sale $1990 and all cash. The guy named Xiao He is really treacherous. So don't go to him to book tickets in the future, this person is cheater."
"Children are the hope of relatives... The epidemic is like a magnifying glass, magnifying darkness and light, beauty and ugliness. In the small fragments of service provided by Bay Area Tourism Xiao He and us these days, I felt the warmth from strangers. Since the outbreak, students stranded overseas have faced a dilemma. The epidemic in the United States is severe and schools are closed, but air tickets back home are in short supply. My child purchased a direct flight from Dallas to Shanghai on December 8, 2021. However, a few days later, the epidemic situation changed and flights were interrupted, and the flight on December 8 had to be cancelled. The ashes of the times have fallen, and no one is immune. My 18-year-old child, an international student, may be stranded in Dallas, and the place is unfamiliar to him. My parents are very worried about the child alone. Changing tickets will result in high ticket prices, accommodation costs, children being alone outside, the shadow of COVID-19, re-testing, etc. There is nothing we parents can do about it. But Bay Area Tourism Xiao He and their team solved the problems one by one. Xiao He called to help my child change his flight ticket, helped my child book a hotel, made an appointment with a local hospital to pick up my child, and helped my child report to the embassy. After completing the pre-departure declaration and obtaining the passage permit, at 1:30 a.m. on December 8, the child successfully boarded the flight back to China and took off, and the family was finally relieved. I would like to thank Bay Area Tourism Xiao He and his colleagues in the backend of their company! ! Children are the hope of relatives... The epidemic is like a magnifying glass, and the darkness and light, beauty and ugliness are magnified for others to see. In the small and medium clips of the services between Xiaohe and us in the Bay Area these days, I feel the warmth from strangers. My 18-year-old child, an international student, may stay in Dallas, and I am not familiar with the place where I was born. My parents are very worried about one child. Changing the booking will result in high ticket prices, accommodation costs, children alone, the shadow of new coronary pneumonia, re-testing... etc. Our parents are also helpless. "service very low, unprofessional."
"I just used their service in April, 2017. I purchased air tickets and joined a 10 days tour to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia for a group of 7 in June. First of all, don't expect them to call you or email you with any changes. I received an email stating that my flight plan was changed, but on the day of my departure I found out that it was sent to me by mistake. Luckily, I called them before I headed to the airport becuase I could not electronically checked in my luggages. Then, I found out the email was sent to me by mistake. If I had gone by that email, I would had missed my flight from Myanmar to Thailand. Also, I specically asked about shopping tour and he told me was minimal, but they took us to gem shopping x 2, tailoring shop, latex product shopping x 2 and silk product shopping just to name a fews. Most hotles are average. Foods were average most of the time. Stay a way!"
