"Lazy Half a$$ job. I have a Dually and they literally just moved the tires instead of mounting them correctly so now my TPMS system is all reading wrong. They even left a bad valve on a tire. I don't recommend ordering tires online and having them install them. Maybe if you buy their tires they will do better but I won't be going back with my truck. . They even refused to warranty my bad tires that Nexen said any tire shop we install new tires at should warranty them."

"Called up to ask about having a flat-repair on one of my 35" mud terrain tires. Spoke to Cassandra who happened to be very courteous, friendly, as well as exceptionally well mannered. Drove down there and was greeted by Daviel upon arrival. He took great care in examining and assessing issue with tires. Once he dismounted the tire, he took great care with the extracting foreign objects found, preparing inner wall of tire for patchwork, as well as remounting tire upon wheel. The experience as a whole was trouble-free and done professionally to boot. Reasonably pricing for work performed. Great 'lil local "mom & pop" shop in downtown San Dimas. I'll be back for sure in the near future."

"Went into get a check up.. they backed off the ramp fell off and damaged underneath my car and scratched the bottom of my car too. They tried to hide it but I saw them. Still trying to ask if I still want an alignment .. no thanks I went to get damage done basically. No apology nothing. If they offered me alignment you wouldn't be reading this!!!
