Very accommodating when it came to setting up the installation time and day. We had both a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed. My wife, who is very particular about her water, now drinks it straight from the faucet. Becca even did a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. "Business hours are not very good. Opens at 9:30 am Mon-Sat, closed Sundays. Not very convenient if you work full time and only have one day of the week to get water. I hope they change that. Might get more customers that way… Staff are very friendly and helpful."

As other reviewers mentioned, the water store is quite clean. Well run and polite staff though I have pretty clean water at my house on well and various filtration. I still buy their water for an espresso machine just to be sure of no scale buildup. Thanks again for the great work!"
