"I came here about a week ago. I was helped by a very friendly employee named Tina. She was very attentive and treated me so nice. She was the only worker there who even interacted with me at all! The food was pretty good, but her customer service was what made the experience one to write about! Very clean place, and enjoyed the AC."
"The service was super slow, and the food was disgusting there were rat bites all over all the chicken nuggets and the french fries were burnt. It was disgusting all around $10 wasted I had to throw the food away.Would you eat food with rat bites in it. There were no straws or napkins. They need to close this Wendy's down."
"I just went in to order through drive thru and got my order wrong I had Dave's burger missing the patty and I asked for a plain Dave and got a cheeseburger and I had a lady that hand my food really rude and also didn't want to give us one ranch after we ordered three different meals she said she had to charge me for it and when I asked her where does that say you need to charge and said sorry we just do really rude when I asked her name was shawndraw and didn't have a name tag so wasn't sure if that was her name. She was really rude and didn't have any good customer service training at all. She was a the big girl with thick eyeliner with a black face mask on and a black sweater on. Tried calling the store to complain, but doesn't answer at all so the store seems unprofessional as well. And I went in the after around 5:30p.m. so that's time the staff was unprofessional."
