From the first appointment, Dr. Eric's expertise was clear - he'd seen this many times before and knew what to do. After he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, he laid out a comprehensive treatment approach. He used a combination of spinal adjustments and targeted exercises and while I started to feel better after the first few, I kept coming back to really strengthen the muscles around where it hurt since that's what seems to make this pain stay away as much as possible.
