"This place was amazing when it was American Dental. Never had any kind of issues with them. Now that it's "Smiles West" it's pretty horrible. They kept my 4 year old and I in the exam room waiting for the Dr to come in for an hour and a half. When I finally got up and asked for my appt to be rescheduled they finally apologized and said they were overbooked. I didn't say much just asked for a call from finance (turns out that's their manager) because I had questions regarding my insurance. 3 days latter I called to follow up on call just to have the receptionist tell me there was a note from the manager saying they wouldn't take my call until after my rescheduled appt. Okay fine don't talk to me until after my appt but have the decency to have someone call to let me know your protocols, don't wait till I call back 3 days later to tell me that. Again I didn't say much and just ask to cancel my appt."

"I'm only giving a 1 star because I can't give a zero, I told them I need a tooth extraction they said they can do it but now they said they can't do it here extraction or a root canal either so they wasted my time what a night mare. Never again this place is a SCAM"
