"I had been working with Connor for 1-2 weeks when I got an MRI result telling me I had a torn labrum, with bursitis in my rotator cuff. I had very limited range of motion, not being able to hold my arm over my head or do a lateral raise without pain. I am a tennis player, and I hadn’t served in nearly two months. However over the following 5-6 weeks Connor worked very frequently with me to get my shoulder back on track.
