Since 2017, Hanloh has evolved from catering events to hosting popups and offering meal delivery services during the Covid pandemic. Hanloh has a special connection to the local community, having held popups at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales for over two years. In Fall 2022, the institution launched a restaurant residency program with Bad Animal in Downtown Santa Cruz.
