"This has been a good experience. Wasn't sure what to expect as hadn't been in school for awhile. The online format was easy to participate in. The teacher was byfar the best and most encouraging. I'm giving a 4 star only because maybe there could be better organization and assistance with internship or job placement for those who probably don't have any medical experience. So far Ms Tonia has provided great help and advice on formatting resumes. Also maybe a special ceremony of program completion...i.e. graduation..."
"This place is amazing. Especially professor/Instructor Tonia Phipps. She is great. Her lectures were so easy to follow. And when we had a question, she would explain the answer so thoroughly so to make sure the entire class understood the answer. And by doing that made the class more of a team. And we would help one another if someone was struggling. I very much recommend this learning program."
"Super easy to sign up and start class, everything is easy to understand and they help you with any questions you may have promptly. Everyone I spoke with were nice and super helpful and willing to help.The course I took was Medical Billing and Coding. My instructor was Ms Tonia Phipps and I did not think I could pass this course but with her continued encouragement and help I was able to pass and thoroughly understand everything. Ms Phipps is absolutely the best, the best instructor i've ever had and because of her and Cal regionals professionalism I am definitely going to take another course when I have time. They have patience, they truly care and are so knowledgeable! Madasen P. was our TA and she is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
