"I went in today because my husband scheduled an appointment over the phone. Once I got there, the lady/ receptionist whoever, I told her hi my husband had scheduled an appointment. She replied rudely “no we don’t make appointments here have a seat.”The staff here is very rude and very unprofessional. Never again coming here."

"Walked in wanting to make my six month insurance payment per usual a week before due date. I was told I hadn't made a payment in a year (false because I have my mailed paper statement). Then was told I was going to have to pay thirty dollars extra because I walked in to make a payment on time and in the office. (Mind you there was a client ahead of me who walked in to do the same and he was not charged thirty dollars) She also said if I did it online the thirty dollars would be waived. I tried. There is no way to pay online. Only a phone number that redirects you to the same office that just rejected my cash payment. I was so confused and upset. It doesn't matter I changed insurance company that same day! Thank you Costco!!! DO NOT RECOMEND...TRANSAS"

"Always so rude. I have been going since I was 19 and I regret it. I had a girl there put in wrong information about my driving experience and had my insurance go up. There is never a time where I don’t feel weird or unwelcome. The very last time I went, I had my boyfriend tell me that one of the girls there named Rocio was being very rude to him. When I got off the car I had experience the same thing. No customer service whatsoever."
