"I went here to see victor sierra because I was referred to him. I waited up to an hour after my appointment time with no updates. When I asked for an eta, the receptionist casually said he usually takes a while and jokingly said "he owns the place so he does what he wants." This was not an answer I was expecting. After that ridiculous reply I left. I was not given an update/eta until I asked and they did not offer other options until after I asked. This facility is not professional and should actually respect appointment times. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait over an hour?"
"I've been coming here for years now. I followed them from their old location on S. Park to here. I usually do my taxes with Victor Sr.(He's on the bottom floor), he served in the National Guard so he knows what deductions as a service member I'm entitled to. It takes no more than a 20 minute sitdown with Victor (Unless it's your first time, might take a little longer). I'm very pleased with the service, pricing, and experience I encounter everytime. My father was seeking a new tax service, so I advised him to give this place a shot. Turns out (Victor found errors) for the past few years they have been cutting him short on his tax return from where he was going before. He will now receive a lump sum payment from the previous years. Way to go Victor! I definitely recommend giving these guys and gals a shot. Also, I would recommend calling as soon as you receive all tax related documents and make an appointment. They do welcome walk-ins as well. It could be a long wait even if you have an appointment, but the wait is well worth it (Think about it this way, this is a once a year requirement, don't cut yourself short)."
