"———- STAR. I drop my pants off thinking they would be dry cleaned at a reasonable price. I was charged $32 when I went to pick them up. I asked why they were so expensive. She told me because they’re a designer brand. I told her the fabric is not special fabric, and that she knows it’s not special, it’s viscose. When I got home to take them out of the bag, there were stains all over my pants she did not clean them! She only had them ironed. These are pictures from today. I picked my pants up yesterday and just now took them out of the plastic. I have taken them to other dry cleaners before when I have spilled chocolate on them, along with other stuff. These are not permanent, stains. Most dry cleaners have charged me about $7 and my pants came out extremely clean. I asked her do you charge everybody that comes in with a designer brand extra? I told her most designer brands aren’t made with special material. Charging extra because it’s a designer brand is the most ridiculous excuse. She should be shut down! It’s so upsetting that she never cleaned my pants! She is a fraud. Please check your items before you leave her store. Ask her how much it will cost to have something dry cleaned. My mistake I never asked her because I never expected her to charge me $32. and not clean my pants. I never thought that would happen, but it did."

"WORST DRY-CLEANING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD!!! On 25 August, my wife and dropped off her $3,000 silk dress that she wore to our wedding in late June. We intentionally did not buy a traditional wedding dress with the idea she could wear the dress again for a future formal event. It had light perspiration stains and needed to be cleaned and pressed. She wore it only once for our wedding. We went to pick it up it up on 30 August and Door-To￾Door Cleaners ruined it. I was going to provide a timeline of our attempt to be reimbursed for the dress so all of you can make an informed decision to NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER but this site restricts the number of characters. I have taken notes of every event and conversation related to them ruining my wife's dress from first dropping it off November when Yosr offered us $1,000 reimbursement for a $3,000 dress work only once. Contemporaneous notes are acceptable as evidence in court, and we have filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court for reimbursement. Do not be fooled by their good reviews. The most recent good review is from June, 2021 - over a year and a half ago."

"Ms. Jenny Flores is excellent with customer services. Explained to me what types of services they provide. I'm amazed at the cleaning services. My floor mat for the car is so cleaned it looks like brand new. They can also do carpets. I'll find out and ask for the service. Instead of took down old carpets and have them ended up in the landfills, I believe re-cleaning the carpets is a fabulous way to save resources and keep wastes from entering the landfills. The carpets are warmer in winter compared to tiles and wood floors. Love it when they take back the hangers and plastic covers. Another loop economy by the local vendors. 5 stars local vendors."
