"Update 2/18/2024 I reached out to Tho and didn't recieve a response back. Clearly the request to give them another chance was to make it APPEAR as if they are concerned about customer satisfaction. Clearly it isn't that, it is for show. Save your money and go elsewhere. The quality vs. cost is not worth it. I have been eating Pizza Guys for over 25 years. I moved to Sacramento from Pittsburg, CA where I NEVER had a bad order from Pizza Guys in all those years. I just had the worst pizza of my life, literally. If I could give a zero star I would. We have ordered here before and it was just ok in comparison to our past experiences but today was downright awful. First off it was cold, really?! I live very close by. It had too much sauce, I couldn't locate the cheese, it was all meat pizza, meat was missing, mushrooms were scanty and NOT fresh. Pizza Guys is known for their freshness of their ingredients, not at this establishment. My salad had old onions on it too and it ruined the flavor of the rest of the salad. I ordered Dr. Pepper Zero and was given regular Dr. Pepper. All of this with a total of $67, outrageous!!! This experience has ruined my confidence in this chain now. It is way too expensive for this type of quality."

"I ordered pizza online for delivery, it was fast, I'm near by so I guess it made it faster... The Chipotle chicken pizza was delicious. They have good pizza, I would order again. For a Large pizza & delivery was $33.69. CALZONE!!! my new favorite! They are delicious & big! For sure will fill you up & I felt overly full lol GOOD CALZONE. I have had authentic Calzone's before and the calzone at Pizza Guys is pretty good. It's so hard to find good calsozes and they are pretty delicious here ORDER SOME. ( red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, chicken, jalapeno) side of ranch (red peppers from home)"

"Not a whole lot of flavor from the garlic sauce ....and there wasn't any parma cheese, otherwise just your typical pizza take out. The staff showed good customer service....smiles are contagious and one of the workers definitely could make someones night just seeing someone treat them with respect"

"Pizza Guys always has really great pizza with fresh ingredients. I usually order pick up at this location, and their prices are very reasonable and affordable especially if you take advantage of coupons and deals. They also allow you to take a 2 liter of you spend 25 or more, which I think is really nice. I don't personally drink soda, but my family does, so they enjoy it. I have never had a problem with my order in the many times I've come here. The staff are always sweet, professional, and friendly. They always remind me of their soda promotion and ask if I'd like to pick out a soda, and they also always ask if I would like any condiments. The neighborhood is a little rough but I live out here so it is nothing new to me. My only complaint is that the new website is a little confusing to order and navigate. Deals are not really displayed in a manner where you can see what the deal is, so you have to add it to your cart. But other than that, I really like coming here and I will continue to come here."

"I ordered a personal white sauce jalapeño, pepperoni and pineapple pizza. I have ordered this particular pizza at other pizza chains. This company has the best one so far. The toppings are plentiful. Yummy!"
