"Cold fries , my sourdough Jack look pre-made bun was hard and the bathrooms are a mess! Oh yes... And the prices are ridiculous!! ( Edit) I was contacted by phone and email by "jack in the box " and they sent me some vouchers that only embarrassed the heck out of me because they were not accepted when I tried to use them. I emailed them back to let them know and they haven't responded."

"pulled up to the drive thru just to order two drinks and was told to wait okay i was willing to wait an expected 5 minutes but the car in front of me got their food and drove off and the rest of the drive thru was empty and was told to wait again finally got my order after waiting 10 minutes and when i pulled up drinks we’re made and the drive thru worker was just standing there and arguing with another worker and waited 6 minutes just to pay and get my drinks never will be going back to jack in the box get better training and better customer service and experience"

"Jack in the Box, in my opinion, is the worst fast-food restaurant in Santa Maria. Service is not that good at all, food is not that good compared to other fast food restaurants, and the fried food seems to me to have been sitting under those warming lights way too long. As for the Atmosphere, better watch out for all the transient people hanging around doing whatever they do. Not very safe!!!"

"So I came in to buy something, waited for like 5+ mins including yelling at them to get their attention. The amount of time I waited was enough time for my coworker to get his food done next door. So in short their level of service is that they don't want to serve so I'm staying away from this jack-in-the-box."
