"I ordered online. The website itself deleted one of the items. I tried to call to fix it. You get a main office number then transferred to the store. No one at the store answered. Then the delivery driver shows up. I tried to explain what happened and ask if he could relay a message for them to answer the phone. He goes in all about how it's not his fault. I asked again can you just relay the message. And again about how he just picks up the orders. No accountability to do anything. No offer if a way to fix it. Just me paying for the order that was wrong and me tipping him like 3.80. and off he goes. I don't recommend this establishment. With the delivery fee of 4.99 a incorrect order over charged as well because the website removed the coupon. It's not worth the money based on the quality of the food."

"I placed my order online for delivery. The delivery person dropped it at my door and walked away. I opened the door and say that my cheesy bread was NOT there. I asked him and he shrugged and mumbled something incoherent. THEN, I noticed that I was also sent diet coke rather than regular coke. I tried to call the store and have been on hold for TEN minutes!!!! This is the WORST place!!!"

"I ordered two specialty pizzas ($14.99 each).($32.00 dollars for both) Waste of money. BBQ special. Chicken, BBQ sauce, and I found one onion. That was it. Little chicken. I was given someone else’s receipt. They had a much better deal"

"I’m a loyal dominos customer because they deliver decent pizza. I ordered online for delivery and decided since I was already out and got to be driving by anyways that I would just rather pick it up. They were very accommodating. They get bonus points for being professional over the phone. Good job! Until I got into the store.. one of the girls making the pizzas had these long fake nails. Those things harbor bacteria... actually paying took forever. Seemed like the man working the register didn’t know what he was doing."
