"I was walking down the street in Montclair, Oakland, California, and I passed by McCaulou’s Shoes. Then I remembered that my partner needs a pair of court shoes for playing pickle ball. So, I walked back about halfway into the store, to see if I could find someone to help me. I looked to the left, and I saw someone with a beige cap on, kind of hunched over, like he was on his phone. I told him what I was looking for, and he walked me over to a display of all kinds of sports shoes. He didn't know what sports shoes are. His interaction with me was less than a minute, and he walked back to where I first found him. I was expecting some help, and d I didn't get any."
