"There was a situation at the shop that was very disturbing. A lady and her daughter had brought clothing to consign. After Lisa had looked at and received some if the clothing, they decided to look through again and took an item out. Lisa told them the order of business and then she would call them with the price after she has inspected the articles. They expected her to do it on the spot and when she told them that it's a little one consuming to value the items, they told her the items were their deceased relatives items. Lisa gave them her condolences and told them that she understand because she had lost her mom as well. They seem to want her to price the it's.s on their sentiment, not willing to wait until Lisa inspected them. Lisa did not disrespect them at all. She told them she didn't feel comfortable in this transaction and suggested they go on Posh or something familiar to sell their items whereas they would have total control of the pricing. Never, was she rude."

"Hi! Replying to Lisa here :) you were extremely rude to my mother and I during our time of grieving. Other people hugging you and "asking if you're okay" is just justifying how rude you were. It's VERY unprofessional that you did not disclose upfront what your consignment process is, when my mother asked a single question you got extremely offended. My mother and I understand that you lost your mom as well, but to be blunt, this isn't about that. You are a place of business and it is YOUR JOB to make sure we are treated fairly. Getting defensive over a question when we asked about YOUR BUSINESS is completely immature. You do not know our life nor our story. You Manhandled our stuff that belonging to my DEAD grandmother like they were just hand me downs. You are absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Of course...you're gonna have people that stand up for you because of whatever YOU told them. We were perfectly calm and at a normal volume, what could they have possibly heard? We will Never be working with you again and I hope anyone else who reads this understands that she was Very rude, DISRESPECTED my grandmother's things, practically threw a fit the moment we decided to keep ONE THING out of the 7, and with us being African American, that doesn't look so good....now does it Lisa? (Anyone that replies to this is just repeating what she told them. It is NOT true.)"

"Went in today to buy a dress for my post-partum body which has been a depressing exercise lately. I left the store with 4 dresses, 2 jackets, 3 blouses, a pair of heels and a sparkly clutch. This gem of a store has an incredibly well-curated collection, at great prices, lots of good deals, clean and comfortable fitting rooms, and above all the lovely store manager Kalyn who was a ray of sunshine. From the minute I walked in, she made the whole experience a delight, recommended outfits, gave me honest feedback when I tried things on and was efficient, warm, helpful and positive. Just what this tired mama needed. I’ll most definitely be back."

"I had a great experience at the shop today. It was my first visit and I was looking for some clothes to fit my postpartum new body. I was greeted with a warm welcome, had help choosing outfits, even had them push my fussy baby around the shop as I tried on outfits. I ended up with a pair of jeans, a few tops, and dress and two pairs of booties. I’ll definitely be back!"
