"Proactively and timely maintenance of the maintenances. Friendly staff and tenant help center available all the time. As long as you play by rules, this is the cheap, best and luxurious apartments Experience1: Complained about the leaking flush, handy man showed up on the very same day and fixed it. Experience2: Kitchen grinder stopped working and sink clogged, worst part it was a weekend, handy man showed up on the very same day and fixed it after toiling for more than an hour. Experience3: We kind of broke the mesh of the living room, handy man showed up and fixed it. Experience4: Bed room sliding room was making noise while sliding, handy man showed up and could fix it since it requires chipping a part of wall and ordered a new door. PS: They don't charge(if it is just wear and tear), unless it is absolutely caused by our recklessness."
"There is vandalism. Cars are the target and there is not surveillance cameras. Tenants are desperate seeing how their belongings are stolen."
"We went to check for 1 br units here and the receptionist was very arrogant and rude.. she didn;t show any interest at all and answered with one liners without even paying attention to us.. would never visit them again.."
"Rented an apartment and lived in it about 2 years. I was unable to get rid of spice smell. And there is a huge need to fight with bugs like cockroaches. I was not able to get back the $1200 deposit back. I strongly do not advice anyone to rent from there.. At the beginning with the help of Chase bank I was able to get my copy of agreement. They did not want to give it.. They returned some part of my deposit back. Funny their labor costs more then carpet. I don't know what took 12 hours of labor."
"Worst Appt ever lived in USA, Management is even worst, apt is full of Bed Bugs, Cockroach's. Management harasses the people by threatening them with 3 -30 days notice every once in a while, I felt like they are taking personal revenge on you. they charge high fines. More importantly forget about getting security deposit back, they create false chargers and try to squeeze you blood of your.. BIGGGGGGGGGGGGG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.."
