Early Childhood Education Lab School- Palomar College
β ClosedThe Early Childhood Education Lab School at Palomar College, formerly known as the Child Development Center, is located at 1140 West Mission Road in San Marcos, California. This institution consists of two sites - one in San Marcos licensed for infants and children aged 6 months to 5 years, and another in Escondido licensed for children aged 3-5 years. Services are available to children of Palomar College students, faculty, staff, and community parents. The teaching staff are trained Child Development Specialists who provide a balanced and developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the research findings of experts like Jean Piaget. The program focuses on hands-on learning experiences in various areas such as physical development, language and literacy, science, math, art, music, and more.
