Proudly serving residents for over a century, our library is deeply rooted in history, having opened its first branch on March 11, 1914. Named in honor of Dr. Clifton M. Brakensiek, who generously donated the land for the library, our current facility has been a hub of knowledge and community activity since its dedication on August 16, 1975. At Clifton M. Brakensiek Library, we are committed to providing an enriching environment for learning, creativity, and community engagement.
