"The inner tire of the rear dual on my RV was flat. I took it to Big Brand despite it being a larger vehicle. They accommodated me - had me park just outside the bay and brought the jack equipment outside. Danny, my service technician, fixed the loose stem valve - he was very professional and thorough. They did not charge me for the labor as this was their free flat fix service! Overall I feel BB is reliable and am very pleased with their work"

"I went into Big Brand tire in AG for an alignment, they were very accommodating and took the time to explain to me what they did to my car after the service was complete. They have a nice waiting room, and all of the customer service reps are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely know how to treat customers. Very impressed with the customer service and the speed. And of course their pricing is competitive being that they are a big national chain. **Side-note, they also do free tire patching if you happen to run over nail and it just needs to be plugged."
