"Its been a few years since we had our carpets cleaned. Janet called Luke @Ultrastream and he sent over a estimate and we scheduled for the following week. Lukc showed up on time and was very professional and detailed oriented. He walked the cleaning area, pre-treated and vacuumed. He then proceeded to cleaning and WOW. You could tell quickly we needed it. He did 3 rooms a small hallway the stairs and area rug under dining room table. What was really great is that the carpets were not wet and there was no left over residue like I have seen in past. We will be using Luke and @Ultrasteam going forward. Thanks so much for the great job."
