"It's time to get tires rotated. Made an online appointment. Got to the store at 9:10. Appointment time was for 9:15. Waited in line to get served. Two people in front of me. Finally spoke to salesperson at 9:30. Told car would be ready approximately 10:15. While waiting in the lobby, I watched people keep coming in. This place is busy. Line got up to eight people deep. All the employees I came in contact with were professional. If you are planning to wait, there is internet. No TV or beverages. Just chairs. There are signs that say make an appointment and get helped 30% faster. It took an hour for a simple tire rotation. I can't imagine waiting 3 hours if I didn't make the appointment. I'm not sure if any other day is slower. I visited on Monday morning. They are closed on Sunday, so maybe it's busiest then. They offer reasonable warranty protection, which I suggest."
"RACIALLY PROFILED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS ASKED FOR MY ID AND DEBIT CARD IN PERSON AFTER U PURCHASED RIMS ONLINE , SINCE I DIDNT BRING MY DEBIT CARD THEY ACCUSED ME OF COMMITTING FRAUD (ALFREDO the super fat one) & by the store manager as well was accusing me of using committing fraud SEAN BENTIVEGNA. I asked for their managers number and they gave me the wrong number to another store. I’m Hispanic with tattoos and that alone got me accused of fraud Infront of other customers. Never am I buying anything from this racist company again. PLEASE AVOID"
"Ordered and paid for my tires online through their website and then made an appointment at the same time for early in the morning. Got there 20 minutes early. They put me on the lift change the tires and got me out in 45 minutes. Easy in and easy out, great job by the staff and the paperwork was all in order. Very pleased!"
