Solano Diagnostics Imaging - Fairfield

"Collection agency sent me a bill, nevermind I never received a bill from Solano Diagnostic Imaging. Collections also sent a bill to my wife (my address), the wife I divorced 30yrs ago. I'm not worried about my credit, but judging by others, I could see them being upset with SDI & their billing problems."

"I go to NorthBay for everything from primary care to the hospital. I have always gotten good care, even by this office in the past for my ultrasounds while pregnant with both of my kids. I will continue to go to NorthBay for everything. However after today I am planning to give the Vacaville location a chance. When I scheduled it was not mentioned only one person was allowed in the room, and I have never had any NorthBay office turn me away with my children (even OB appointments). This policy should be announced when scheduling, not after the matter and nor the day before or of the appointment as some people don’t have family or friends who can help last second. I scheduled the appointment weeks in advance (which would have given me time to figure things out) and made it into the office just to be turned away because I had kids (one which was the patient) and was given a long elaborated explanation about their policy which I felt was very condescending and unnecessary since I wasn’t arguing about it in the first place and was already ready to just leave. In the past I have also sat on hold for long times and been hung up on."

"In November I was scheduled for a mammogram for January 2024 (two months later). Then I received a letter asking to schedule a mammogram. I called in to find out about my scheduled mammogram and a receptionist loud and totally unprofessional told me that there's nothing scheduled for me. Rude manners, made me feel like if I was making up the story, never apologized for the mistake until I pointed it out . Left me a bad taste in my mouth for a place that I always go for my mammogram . I want to clarify that this review is only for this particular receptionist and the one that supposedly gave me the original appointment and no for center where I had always been treated co correctly ."

"Over a month ago a follow up mammogram was sent over to you. I was in the doctors office and watched them send it over. I called yesterday (a month later) & was told “never received” the order. The doctors office has now faxed the order over TWICE and still you “don’t have it” and I need to call back. It shouldn’t take over a month and all this follow up to get an appointment. Beyond frustrating."
