"My husband and I love Nothing Bundt Cakes, so this was an obvious choice for our wedding cake. We got married at the Camarillo Ranch on April 27th, 2024. The wedding cake and the bundtinis were delicious of course, our guests loved them. My only complaint was the communication with the store was lacking a bit. When I first called in, I was told to email the manager, Terre, which I did. Unfortunately I couldn't get a response to my emails, so I tried calling a few times till I finally got her on the phone. She was perfectly pleasant and professional, I just felt she could've responded better to emails so I didn't have to go to such lengths to get a hold of her. It took a little too long. She also wouldn't process my payment right away. I paid over the phone as requested, but she didn't process it till a month later, which made me nervous. I didn't appreciate just having my credit card information sitting around. I'm not sure why the wait, but it worked out ok. Overall we were pleased with the cakes."

I patiently agreed, only to be on hold for 17 minutes before having to hang up and call back. Upon my second call, I requested to speak with a manager. After being placed on hold again, I was eventually connected with a young lady named Paloma. She admitted to forgetting about my previous hold due to the high volume of customers. While I understand mistakes happen, I believe it's crucial to speak with a manager in such situations, especially when I'm trying to place a simple order. When I asked Paloma for her last name to verify her managerial position, she responded defensively, questioning my request. Her attitude made it seem like I was trying to escalate the situation, when all I truly wanted was to address the issue with a manager directly. I value the service and products at your establishment and hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve customer experience."

"Placed a dozen of bundlets with a couple gluten free ones for my SIL birthday around 9A for same day pickup at 6P. Called half hour prior to confirm that order is ready and was told it is. Staff was friendly, brought my order out to show, unfortunately a couple bundlets toppled over and she brought them back inside to get them fixed. Few minutes later, they were ready to go! I requested for them to mark the gluten free ones on my order and they did so on the box. The bundlets were YUM, the flags were very cute and each bundtini gets one!"
