"I had a futon in college and remember the quality being really great. And since I was shopping for outdoor furniture, I wanted to see if the futon shop had an outdoor collection. Well to my amazement, they did! I met the manager, Burt at the Cesar Chavez store, where I was engaged in a wonderful conversation about the qualities and benefits of the outdoor furniture. Burt explained the high performance materials the company uses as well as care and maintenance moving forward. He showed me a selection of fabric colors, which material is best for outdoor, as well as thickness of the mattress. Burt guided me through every detail and he is a true gem!! I special ordered a queen futon that arrived on time and the delivery and installation by Jose was efficient and professional. Burt, thank you so much for your true dedication, great personality and care! You are amazing!"
