Sea Scout Ship Makai is located at 1283 Ballena Boulevard in Alameda, California, United States. Congratulations to Skipper Bob Karn for earning the prestigious Silver Beaver Award for his 60 years of dedicated service to Sea Scouting. Bala Ramaswamy also received the Sea Scout Leadership Award for his significant contributions to the advancement of Sea Scouting. Commodore Steve Welch was honored with the Silver Beaver Award for his long-standing commitment to Sea Scouting in the Golden Gate Area Council.
