"I dropped off two labeled packages (1 FedEx, 1 UPS) at this postal annex office on Monday, 2/26/2024, around 11:25am. The one for UPS was picked up and shows up in UPS tracking system. The FedEx one, still after 12 days, is not showing up in FedEx tracking system. This package included a valuable item to be returned to seller in Utah within a given time window (that window is almost closing). When I visited the store last week to ask what has happened to my package, the staff reluctantly told me this often happens, and suggested I go back and check later in the week. I will visit again on Monday, 3/11/2024, to see if they would care to fix this issue. For now, I am giving them the lowest score for bad service and customer service. If it turns out my package is lost, I would file complain and follow accordingly; if it gets resolved I would update this review. I highly recommend against using this store's shipping service. Spend a few extra minutes and go to a real office for the courier service you are using."

"I had to mail an important piece. The clerk entered the wrong address and we found out the next day. I walked in the next day to see what can be done. The lady there was dismissive. They said they would call me back. They didn't. When I called them they told me I should have used FedEx. 3 weeks later the piece came back, I went in again to mail it. Guy told me FedEx is not even an option. He had this attitude during the whole conversation. Claiming he did not handle the original task. Not a single hint at owning up to their mistake as a company. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor for not charging me again. Very unprofessional. I'm not sure if they don't know what they are doing or just don't care. Won't use them again, they had one job to do and they failed at it royally."

"I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me. I had a great experience and I won’t hesitate coming here next time."

"I had a very short notice same day print job and Sammy took care of everything and left me with no worries. I was located across the country and needed documents for a colleague and she coordinated everything and managed to get everything done and ready for him by the end of the business day. It’s rare that you find such great customer service and efficiency, but they managed to provide both!"
