"if looking to rent here reconsider.Rent is getting high in this area and units are old .There is always plumbing issues in the bathroom and the sinks are always clogging up. In the kitchen and goes to the bathroom sink . Maintenance people are super nice and very respectful but in general I think the units are old no matter how much they fix the issue always end up the same .To top that they also don’t make appointments for maintenance to come to your home it’s more like first come first service or whenever they can get to you service .The Kitchen stove as well sometimes the wiring can go out if not careful with cleaning it . So reconsider"

"No amenities at all. My car was vandalized twice in one month. My storage was robbed in the first week we arrive. Management remove security cameras and almost 2 years living here had seen the patrol guard once in all this time. My package were stolen from my front Door. Just moved here because at that moment couldn't found another 2 bedroom apartment for immediately availability."

"Child Theft Alert!!! Vistan Managers will not do anything to protect their tenents childern. No security and there has been a few attempts. Also perv Alert! Neighbors are saying that there is pics being taken in any bathroom windows that are open. The managers said that it is NOT there problem and will do nothing to help. Becareful out there. Neighbors help neighbors."

"When you first get the apartment, it looks nice, but everything is just painted over. These apartments are old and haven't been remodeled ever since. We would call the maintainanance people to fix something and most of the time they would either take days to fix it or they just wouldnt show up at all. The security guards wouldn't do anything besides being the delivery boys for the staff. One even started to play soccer with some kids and most of them are just walking around using their phones. Also, the maintainable came in to fumigate over three time and there's still lots of cockroaches walking around my house. They were suppose to come a fourth time, but they never showed up. We keep the apartment really clean, but that doesn't stop the apartment to slowly fall apart on its own. Fungus started growing on the walls and all they did was paint over it. The only thing they are strict on is paying for rent when they tell you to and to keep apartments that haven't been remodeled in over 50 years in better conditions than when you first got there."

"This place has both good and bad. The bad: People double park all around without caring if the are blocking the street. It can get a bit noisy, but I'm almost deaf in one ear, so it's not a big deal. Some people also think it's ok to constantly honk their horn for five to ten minutes, which echos throughout the complex. Now, the good: There is roving security at night. This is a big thing for me. I saved the best for last. The office staff is great! I have never had any bad experience with them. It seems to be a rarity these days to have decent management. Every concern I've have brought to them has been taken care of with a positive attitude and friendly manner."
